The 4 partners of The QCM Group are looking to expand their real estate business nationwide. With over 60 years combined experience in the world of residential and commercial real estate with our own individual businesses and millions of dollars of transactions under our belt we have decided to combine forces and tap into new marketplaces across the US. We were brought together by a private network of investors and entrepreneurs. Through that network we have gained incredible insight, knowledge and resources that have forever altered the course of our lives and created the ability for each of us to advance our business to extraordinary heights. We have each realized that there are untapped markets across the nation that we would like to diversify into and that we need local feet on the street in order to do so. Utilizing the systems and network that brought us together, along with our own talents and ideas we have created an apprenticeship style program that will empower individuals to begin building their own real estate portfolios while in the process assisting us in expanding our capabilities and reach.
We are NOT looking for ?bird dogs? who just want to throw mud at the wall and hope something sticks. We are NOT looking for ?realtors? or ?brokers? who simply want to sell us properties to pad their own pocketbook. What we ARE looking for is motivated individuals who want to build a business in real estate investing. This would be an opportunity to tap into proven systems, pre-built resources, and Mentors who are actively investing in today?s marketplace. We target lump sum transactions that net $20,000 of profit or more and cashflow properties that yield hundreds or even thousands of dollars per month after all expenses. Individuals who join our team will have the opportunity to work side by side with us on lump sum transactions by which we will split profits at closing. Candidates will also learn what it takes to build a solid residual income through the control or ownership of rental real estate.
This is NOT a W2 or salary position and we are not a charity. This program is only designed for entrepreneurial minded individuals who are ready to take on the responsibilities of building a business. Investment of time, money, and effort WILL be required and therefore this is best (and only) suited for individuals with that entrepreneurial mindset, and also an extremely high work ethic. If you are looking for a "free ride", a "guarantee", an "hourly rate", or someone to "Make you successful" This is not it. We get paid based on results. Your income will be directly related to your attitude and work ethic. This is about making profits not commissions. This will not be a place where you trade your time for dollars, but instead you will be learning the rules of finance and how to make money work for you.
This business can be done from anywhere as long as you have access to internet and a phone. You will be working independently, but will have the guidance of successful investors to help you along the way.
