Job skills and requirements:
Must meet workstation specifications.
Candidate must have good phone skills for assisting customers on inbound calls. No sales!! (Voice assessment will be required.)
Typing speed 40wpm or better, and be able to navigate your desktop or laptop. iPads, notebooks, and tablets. NOT ACCEPTED!
Must be able to multi-task!! Toggle between 3-4 applications while talking to and assisting customers.
