Job Description
13 week Hospital Assignment for Utilization Management / Care Coordination Registered Nurse.
Utilization Management / Case Management / Care Coordination background required and must be comfortable in and Emergency Department setting.
Role includes evaluating Presbyterian Health Plan patients for repatriation and coordinating outpatient appointments for treat and release patients.
40 hour week role with 4 ten hour shifts working 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
Minimum 2 years of prior experience.
BLS required.
NM license or compact RN license required.
