I purchased this new in the spring and rode it a 2-4 times a week until June when I decided to start my own business. This only 3 months after my wife and I had our first baby. Good news for you is that the new business venture and baby have kept this bike clean and on display for most of the summer.
I have been riding and racing road bikes for years, at the elite lever for 5 of those years, and this is the fastest, most responsive, most comfortable and elegant road bike I've even ridden. I've ordered a xxxx. Before this I owned a Specialized S-Works SL2 which I loved, but the Izalco Team is even better! Complete with a new Sram Red/Black 10 speed drivetrain and Focus Carbon Clincher Wheels this was voted the best looking bike EVER by myself....and a fellow masters racer here in town named Steve (Yes, he actually said this, and he rides a Cervelo). This bike also won the VeloNews xxxx Race Bike of the year award, beating out a Leopard Trek Madone 6.9 SSL, Look 695 Ipack, and Fuji Altamira 1.0. The frame scored a 30 out of 30 in the scientific testing segment! German engineering....
