Manage all operational aspects of program activityincluding; cost management, schedule management, date management, proposalactivity and other related program activities.2. Responsible for technical and quality managementfor both ISO and CMMI programs.3. Prepareand present Employee Performance evaluations and submit to Corporate within 30days of the Performance Evaluation due date.12. Recommendand/or lead new processes where needed to improve quality or on-time delivery.13. Generatevarious reports/deliverables including monthly program status reports to theappropriate customers and management personnel.14. Otherduties may be assigned to meet business/operational needs.Supervision: Plan,organize, direct and guide the activities of team members. Participate inhiring, training and performance evaluations.MinimumQualifications: (To perform thisjob successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential dutysatisfactorily.)* Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in a technical discipline from a four-year College or University is a must; graduate degree preferred. * ISO and CMMI experience and 7 years or more project/program management in a government contracting sector to include at least five (5) years IT management and or supervisory experience. * Must have a strong IT background * Must have the ability to pass a background investigation (NAC and NACI). * Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:ITILv3 Intermediate or Expert certified preferred.
