Need part-time Receptionists - Must be able to work scheduled weekends & evening shifts. Greet and receive visitors and callers. Ascertain needs, assist with processes, and appropriately direct visitors and callers. Perform additional clerical duties as assigned. Ensure adherence to Hospitals and departmental policies and procedures. No patient care assignment. Accountability: INTAKE - Greet and receive employees, applicants and other visitors and direct/redirect them appropriately TELEPHONE - Answer multiple lines telephone and direct callers courteously and appropriately TELEPHONE - Take accurate telephone messages that include caller, date, time, nature of call and who the call is for INQUIRIES - Answer routine questions regarding department operations and procedures REQUESTS - Respond to telephone/written requests FORMS - Distribute forms, packets and information to employees and visitors and ensures forms are accurate and appropriate SCHEDULING - Schedule appointments and/or meetings for department personnel as assigned TYPING - Type memos and correspondence as directed by department managers DATA ENTRY - Perform data entry functions SUPPLIES - Inventory departmental forms, supplies and equipment regularly and order and restock as necessary PACKETS - Assemble information packets as assigned LOGS - Maintain computer logs and files of incoming paperwork REPORTS - Prepare special reports for management REPORTS - Create spreadsheets to display statistical data and information for reports AUDIT - Develop, oversee and conduct various routine and special audits, research and correct data to maintain integrity of programs
