Responsibilities: Responsibilities: The Contract Project Manager will provide Indian Health Services with responsive and reliable capabilities to assist in the agency’s implementation, operation, and optimizations of IT security programs, as organized into the following areas of focus: * General Administrative/Technical Writing * Oversight and Compliance * Information Assurance * Incident Response and Monitoring Responsible for the coordination and supervision of our IHS INFOSEC contract and team of 12 FTE. Assist government in task assignments, project management lifecycle and other items as determined by Government Lead. Supervises the QNA team in daily tasks and assignments, maintain schedules and quality of deliverables, and meet with government leads on a regular basis and ensure team members are meeting their timelines and goals. Additionally, ensure daily time accounting of QNA employees, approve time off and weekly timesheets, and perform counseling and reviews as needed. Ensure contract is maximizing revenue, perform monthly program management reviews and invoices are submitted/paid promptly. Candidate will report directly to the QNA business lead. Qualifications: Qualifications: BS Degree and 5-7 years of general/managerial experience. Need to have understanding of the IHS customer environment, flexibility in a dynamic customer environment and a PMP or related project management experience is a plus. The candidate must have excellent communication and people interaction skills.
