Job Description
~~Employers Pro Advantage is currently looking for an accounting manager for a quickly growing company with annual revenues of $15 million. This is a management level position responsible for all aspects of the Accounting and Finance department. This individual will develop a system of financial controls and reporting for projects to include monitoring and reporting of the project budgets, monthly and year-end financial reports and job costing. A disciplined professional manager possessing good organizational skills, systems, and interpersonal skills with the oversight of 2 accounting professionals. This professional should be a team player with demonstrated interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills. Responsible for development of budgets, Cash Flow, and Financial reporting including consolidated financials.
