Main Areas of Responsibility:
NPBOR, a 501(3)(c), is seeking qualified applicants for a 30 to 40 hour per week position, Accounting Manager. If you are looking for a positive and work environment with the opportunity to grow professionally as NPBOR client base increases this may be the position for you. Job duties include managing NPBOR?s accounting and bookkeeping services provided to our clients. Work includes full-charge accounting responsibilities and supervising accounting staff.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
? Strong general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll experience.
? Experience in preparing budgets, comparing actual expense to budgets and prepare budget variance analysis and reports.
? Experience with grant reporting is preferred.
Other Information/Requirements:
Skills/Requirements
? Associates degree with an emphasis on Accounting. A BS in Accounting is preferred.
? At least 5 years of recent experience with non-profit accounting.
? Strong Excel and accounting software skills.
? Analytical skills and attention to detail is paramount.
? Confidentiality and professionalism required.
? Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills.
? Some supervisory skills and experience.
