Job Description
The assistant branch manager’s main job responsibility is collection of past due loan accounts both inside and outside the office environment. This position requires the candidate to maintain a valid driver’s license, have a personal vehicle which will be used for work daily (mileage is reimbursed) and at minimum, liability insurance. Employees have access to great benefits and competitive hourly pay and the possibilities of bonuses.
This position seeks a career oriented person with the possibility of managing a branch within 6 months. Interested applicants should be self motivated, possess the ability to learn rapidly, have great people skills and be goal oriented.
The assistant manager is required to work one evening a week, or as needed with the manager. Saturday work is required during the months of November – February and as needed.
The candidate for this position is required to pass a criminal and credit background check prior to being employed.
This is an entry level position and the company will provide the necessary training. Experience preferred, but not required.
