Job Description:
NWRecruitersisseekingaBusinessDevelopmentManager.Thisrolewillberesponsibleforsellingourclient'scomprehensiveofferingsby:contactingthecompany'stargetcustomers,identifyingnewclients,andpresentingourofferingstopotentialclients,andclosingbusiness.Thefocuswillbeonsellingourclient'scomprehensiveofferings.
EssentialFunctionsoftheBusinessDevelopmentManager:
Developnewbusinessbyproactivelycontactingpotentialclientsviatelephone,internet,eCommunicationsandin:persontoidentifyappropriatecontacts,qualifyanddriveleadsthroughthesalespipeline.
Setappointmentsand/ordemosthatfitwithintheguidelinesofaqualifiedleadviawebconferenceorin:person,dependingonproximityofprospectiveclients.
Respondtorequestsforinformationandanswerquestionsregardingcompanysolutions.
Developanddelivercompany'ssolutionsdemos/salespresentationsinaprofessionalandeffectivemannerby:Applyingestablisheddemoprocessandusingeffectivesalestechniques
UtilizeapprovedcompanyprocessesforleadgenerationeffortsincludingtimelytrackingandreportingofstatuswithintheCRM.
Meetorexceedestablishedcall/demoquotasanddivisionsalesgoals.
Attendtradeandindustryrelatedeventsasassigned.
Communicatetomanagementthestatusofleadsandoutcomeofsalesprocess.
MaintainproficiencywithnewdevelopmentswithinthecompanyDivisionsandcompetitors.
JobRequirements:
Collegedegree,withfocusonhealthcare,businessorrelateddiscipline,withadvanceddegreepreferred.Minimumof8years'experienceinsalesposition,preferablyinhealthcarerelatedindustry.
Strongwrittenandoralcommunicationskills,includingtelephone:based,consultativesellingskillsandwell:developedpresentationskills.
Excellentinterpersonalskills.
Strongorganizationalskillsmustincludeprioritizing,planning,followthrough,multitaskingandtimemanagement.
Abilitytosenseandrelateobservationstosalesopportunities.
Abilitytoinfluenceandpersuadealllevelsofdecisionmakerstoachievedesiredoutcomes.
Stronganalytical,problemsolving,andnegotiationskills.
InformationtechnologyexpertisetoincludeInternet,MSOfficetools;computersystems,communicationtoolsandsoftwaresuchasWindows,FTP,HTTPS,SMTP,InternetSecurity,anddelimitedfileformats.
PreferredExperience:
Expertisewithatechnologycompanyand/orknowledgeofeLearningandlearningmanagementsystems(LMS).
Experienceinhealthcare,particularlyhomehealthcareandhospice.
