Established Independent Insurance agency in New Mexico looking for Office/Marketing Manager. Must be capable of training Customer Service Agents and managing all agency office staff except the sales team. The right person for this position is energetic, eager to succeed, and has a strong work ethic. We need someone committed to the industry. Designations such as CIC, CPCU etc. are preferred. The agency offers a generous benefits package including health, dental, life and disability insurance as well as profit sharing plan. Salary dependent on experience.
