Job Description
Operations Manager
To ensure that the vision of our cleaning company is implemented, specifically by completing 100% monthly account visits, and by receiving 100% customer ratings of ‘meeting or exceeding’ Standards, and by reducing or keeping our labor expense in each unit to within 5% of our goal company goal, every four months.
Outcomes:
Recruit, hire, orient enough personnel to staff all positions so that all are filled within one week
Develop working rapport/following with Unit Managers and Controllers
Train Unit Managers to train Controllers to meet quality standards
Communicate daily Line-up to Unit Managers
Recruit, screen, hire, orient applicants
Run Quality School each month
Decrease labor expense in the company at or below 40%
Audit each over-budget account
Train or replace Controller unwilling or unable to meet the budgets
Fill in as needed inspecting, training, cleaning
Review 100% of accounts each month, quarter
Develop working rapport/following with customers
Collect 100% of customer Quality Control Reports every four months
Keep Unit Managers aware of supply and Standard needs
