Job Description
NW Recruiters is seeking a Regional Sales Executive. This role will be responsible for building business by identifying and selling services to health plan prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.&#xxxx;

Excellent presentation skills, including in person, on phone and written
Expert knowledge of MS Office applications
Experience in business development/&#xxxx;sales lifecycle
Responsibilities
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.&#xxxx;
Sells consulting resources by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.&#xxxx;
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.&#xxxx;
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.&#xxxx;
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.&#xxxx;
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.&#xxxx;
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.&#xxxx;
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.&#xxxx;
Performs the creation of, updating, maintenance and reporting of accounts of clients within established sales software systems.&#xxxx;
Works with company recruiting staff to accurately and timely reflect client opportunities.&#xxxx;
Requirements
Minimum 5 years client facing sales experience
Healthcare/&#xxxx;Pharma services industry experience a plus
Understanding of the recruitment lifecycle a plus
Ability to develop presentations, formal recommendations, and confidently speak to C-Suite executives
Ability to close sales favorable to the company
Established contacts and relationships with potential customers.&#xxxx;
Ability to identify and manage key stakeholders, both internally and externally.&#xxxx;
Healthcare Operations or Pharma experience a plus
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Travel within designated region as needed.&#xxxx; Region will include multiple states.&#xxxx;
