Job Description
NW Recruiters is seeking a Senior Project Manager. This role will be responsible for supporting project execution.&#xxxx; Primary responsibilities will include:
To manage project execution (planning, engineering, resources, contract, communication, and financial control) from receipt of PO through buy off and close out.&#xxxx;
To provide leadership and communication skills to get the job done – motivating through creativity and experience
Cost management and cash flow accuracy for improved project profitability.&#xxxx;
Execution excellence through planning /&#xxxx;control of resources for improved Customer satisfaction/&#xxxx;quality.&#xxxx;
Recognizes issues and resolves in a timely manner as they occur in the course of execution
Manages Customer expectations and modes of operation to complete contract scope.&#xxxx;
Provide multi project management /&#xxxx;leadership when necessary.&#xxxx;
Provide expert input on quoting/&#xxxx;pre-sale activity.&#xxxx;
Ideal candidate will have the following experience and education:
Bachelor degree in Mechanical/&#xxxx;Electrical Engineering, Master degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
Minimum ten years Project/&#xxxx;Program Management experience.&#xxxx;
Strong group leadership and management skills
Cost management skills
Oral and written proficiency; organizational skills; team leadership, problem solving (technical, personnel, and contractual)
Domestic and international travel required.&#xxxx;
