Our client, ABQ Health Partners, a division of DaVita HealthCare Partners, has retained our firm to identify a new Vice President, Operations in Albuquerque, NM.

Primary responsibility for the new Vice President, Operations is to transition operations from a fee-for-service model to a coordinated value based-risk driven service model. Also responsible for planning, directing and coordinating all clinical operational activities within the identified geographic market including the formulation and administration of policies and procedures, primary/specialty care, strategic planning and business development, operational business planning, development and monitoring of goals, key operating metrics, budget development and management.
Directs and coordinates all geographic market operations activities.
Responsibility for the creation, infrastructure, development, implementation, growth and expansion of ABQ HP/HCP services in the assigned geographic market that are in line with overall company strategic goals and objectives.
10+ years' of experience in operations management
6 - 8 years of management experience in healthcare
Medical group, IPA or health plan operations management experience
