Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assists PM with property operations within the financial guidelines (The Budget)
* Assists PM in ensuring adherence to all Monarch policies and procedures by the property team
* Ensure desired tenant renewals are being captured at the highest rate possible
* Responsible for building and maintaining a resident relations program
* Generates renewal and other reporting to Property Manager
* Ensures property is leased at or above market occupancy and rent levels based on owners guidelines by showing and leasing apartments when leasing agent is unavailable
* Works with but not directly supervises the leasing agent to ensure best leasing practices
* Assists PM in ensuring all property marketing is current, accurate, relevant and at its greatest effect
* Assists PM with posting, collecting, tracking and managing delinquency of rental and other income
* Assists PM in ensuring resident requests or complaints are responded to in a timely manner
* Assists PM in keeping, recording and organizing records and files based on company and legal requirements
* Orders and maintains inventory of all administrative supplies and equipment
* Other duties and special projects as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required (unless otherwise noted):
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1+ years' experience in multi:family housing
* Must have excellent computer skills and be able to navigate industry software
* Have excellent verbal and written communication
* Excellent problem solving skills
* Be able to provide great customer service to our residents
14:15/hr plus great benefits including housing discounts
