The Canvassing Manager is in charge of hiring, training and overseeing canvassers .Responsibilities*Knocks door-to-door to set up home improvement estimates*Recruits, hires, trains, and manages a team of canvassers*Train canvassers on script, objections and territory management*Meet and exceed weekly goals set with our clients*Prospects neighborhoods and maps out territories*Hangs signs and doorhangers in areas we are canvassing*Records and submits all leads from that shift to marketing director*Manages the canvassing department’s work scheduleRequirements/Skills*Must be an experienced canvasser*Canvassing Management experience preferred, but not required*Must have experience training canvassers*Must have valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation*Must be positive, outgoing, and have strong leadership abilitiesFeatures & Benefits*Hourly pay*Performance bonuses*Team bonuses*Flexible schedule
