Position Summary: This position is responsible for implementing the appropriate sales strategy to ensure company meets account penetration, retention and category growth. Primary Responsibilities:Coach, mentor and develop sales personnelSuccessfully recruit and train sales personnelAssist sales personnel on calls to new accountsPrepare proposals, presentations and pricingPrepare sales and activity reports, communication & follow up Assist in planning annual goals, appraisals, personnel issuesDistribute performance objectives to meet team objectives for sales, Gross Profit and Net Operating Profit
