The hospitality desk staff are the first to be seen as the member/guest enters the club, and are key in impressing the company standards for professionalism and service quality on all members/guests. The hospitality desk also operates as the scheduling and information hub to the member/guest for all club services and activities. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service experience preferred. Additional Requirements: Basic computer skills. Ability to delivery high quality customer service. Must be enthusiastic, pleasant, have a positive attitude, and possess the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent verbal & written communication skills required. Physical Requirements/ Work Environment: Requires standing for long periods of time.
