Are you energetic, professional and love people? We are seeking an enthusiastic self-starter with leasing and sales experience to join our team in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Must be service oriented with exceptional communication skills.
This is a full-time (Thursday – Monday) hourly + commission position for a professional Leasing and Sales person who desires to be a part of a proven, winning team.

Qualifications:
• Must be outgoing, self-starter with ability to work independently
• Apartment Leasing experience preferred
• Manufactured home sales experience a plus
• Excellent phone and written communication skills
• Organized and resourceful
• Computer Proficiency (Word, Excel, E-Mail, Internet)
• Required State Licensing and bonding
• Ability to work well with diverse personalities and talents
• Genuine enthusiasm for achieving goals and providing excellent customer service
• High School Diploma or GED
