And our clients love the results.Responsibilities:The REGIONAL SALES MANAGER will find, hire, train, manage, motivate and monitor a new team of outside sales consultants. Working from your home office, you will manage a team of 25-30 sales consultants in 11 Western States from New Mexico to Washington. Appointment setters will be assigned and dedicated to each individual salesperson to increase activity in your team.Requirements:You must be an experienced Sales Manager with previous success in individual sales.Your interpersonal skills and personal integrity will set the standard for the culture In your team.You must be coachable and able to coach, train and lead others by example.Bonus Points:There is a realistic potential to make up to $300,000 per year based on the sales activities in your group.
