For immediate consideration for this opportunity, please e-mail your resume to resumesnm@manpower-nm.com or apply directly at w.manpower-nm.com.Real Estate Payables AnalystResponsibilities include: * Review Occupancy Year-End desktop reviews and validate on-going Operating Cotenancy compliance for the North America portfolio * Continuous monitoring and tracking of Staff Analyst's outstanding claims/issues to ensure timely resolution * Prepare annual RE Tax budget for ROD * Establish and maintain strong business partnerships across all Brands, Real Estate, Real Estate Law, and CSSC to promote teamwork and for support * Provide guidance and support to Real Estate Payables & Occupancy Accounting teams (lease interpretation, audit issues, reconciliation process, etc.) * Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and liaison for Cotenancy and Occupancy Accounting related issues * Work with staff to develop and implement process improvements & enhancements * Ensure staff updates all claim, accrual, and forecast information timely in order to assist in timely and accurate reporting * Ensure timely communication of issues and financial impact to Business Partners * Lead and assign various ad-hoc analysis and projects as necessaryQualifications: * Bachelors Degree in Business/Finance/Economies (Accounting major preferred) / Advanced degree (MBA, CPA, etc.) a plus * 5+ years of related business experience (preferably in Audit and/or Finance and/or Accounting) and Excel/Word software and a working knowledge of reporting software. * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, vlookups) required * Intermediate to Access skills preferred * Audit experience * Detailed Analysis & Reporting experience * Familiarity with Retail/Lease and lease management systems a plus * Lease interpretation or compliance of contract audit experience preferred * Strong written & oral communication skills * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to build strong partnerships and influence others * Proven ability to interpret and synthesize data and intelligent business decisions * Detail oriented with strong organizational skills * Strong analytical ability and creative problem solving skills * Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with strong project prioritization skills * Passion, energy, and enthusiasm to drive results with a team oriented approachManpower is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE/AA)
