Hey guys! I am renting out my spare bedrooms while I work and go to school full time. I have 2 rooms available for rent. Either renting each out individually or to someone who may want them both. pics: the larger room has a front entrance, bathroom and is the master bedroom of the house. the pics have been upgraded as you will see in the pics. that room goes for $550/month the second room that is blue goes for $400/month. I would share a bathroom with you if you want to take both rooms I will do $800/month this includes: All utilities, wifi, washer and dryer in house, full house access (which includes common house accessories such as appliances, dishes, towels ect as long as they are respected, cleaned, and put back) Pool and fire-pit in the back yard (I know its winter, but-summer!) house is alcohol and 420 friendly (however do not expect large parties), I have a sweet cat that LOVES people but he does not get along with animals so no pets. If you cannot meet me in person, is an alternative. I will not give the rooms to someone I am only emailing. I like to meet the person and know that we are compatible. A little about me: my life is basically work, school, Netflix and sleep. very rarely when I get the chance I do like to have a drink. I am very spiritual but I am none-religious. there are crystals, Buddhas and other totems around the house. I am very easy to get along with. my pet peeve is rude behavior and disrespect, so other than that I can normally get along with anybody. My room is on the other side of the house (I also have a front entrance to my room) so you should not even hear me much I am looking for someone clean, respectful and drama-free. Preferably a collage female. Basically I would like the energy of the house to be harmonious and balanced. Open house Sunday the 10th! But lets talk first :) I look forward to hearing from you potential new roommate(s) :)
