We are 2 great girls who are going to be seniors this upcoming year and want two students to fill a large double room. The room has enough room for two double beds and even has two walk-in closets. The location is quiet. The rent includes water and trash and LAUNDRY is FREE! Living room area is large and furnished and kitchen is in good shape. There is a fenced in front and side yards that get afternoon sun and free parking in large driveway. We like to study during the week and like to have a good time on the weekends. Searching for drama free people-preferably girls boys ok. You must know each other already to be even considered.
