Looking for a room conveniently located and affordable and need to move before the end of January, I can move in this coming Friday, the 15th, if possible. I'm a full time employee of the Nation's largest homebuilder, so I'm far from lazy and broke, and I will be re-enrolling into college for summer. I'd highly prefer a room with a female(I'm not a creep, I'm actually a really nice guy, plus I've got too much to lose I wouldn't dare get into law suits or legal issues) but if male, you gotta be mellow & chill. can't room with cigarette smokers, I am allergic to cats but if I'm around them consistently I may slightly overcome the allergen of that certain cat.
