Currently, there are two males and one female (all young professionals in their twenties) living in the house and we are looking for a second female to fill the last room. The available room is on the third floor which shares a bathroom with the other female roommate. Amenities include a newly furnished large common living area with 60" flat screen TV, dining room table, spacious kitchen with new appliances (including dishwasher), and washer/dryer in basement. The utility cost is split between all roommates, and it usually comes to $50-$100 per month depending on the season. Parking is available on the street, as well as the free lot one block away.
