I have a room available that I'm subletting in a fourth floor apartment (there's an elevator) at the Pearl at Spring Creek Apartments. The rent is $374 (all utilities included) and with internet which is $50 total, it comes out to $399. The apartment is a 2 bed/1 bath with an extra vanity and sink outside the bathroom. It has vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, a private balcony, laminated wood floors and carpet in the bedrooms. The community has an outdoor pool, hottub, exercise room, laundry facility and a landscape with trees, creeks and little water fountains. There are turtles, ducks and coy fish in the creeks and ponds. The apartment is fully furnished with the exception of the available room which only has a desk and a chair (if you want them). I have a couch, comfy chair, two chairs to sit at the bar, coffee table, and kitchen supplies. There is plenty of room for more furniture, if you have it, such as a dining table or something. I have a cat, who is very friendly and if you have pets, I am fine with that as long as we all get along. I am a vegetarian and a fellow vegetarian/vegan is preferred but obviously not required. You must be 420 and LGBTQ friendly. :) I am a very clean and organized person, and I expect my roommate to do their share of the housework (50%). Nothing outrageous, just cleaning up after yourself mainly, sweeping every once in a while, refilling ice cube trays if you use ice, cleaning the toilet every few months and doing your dishes in a timely manner. My lease states that I can replace a roommate (mine is moving out Dec. 20) as long as the landlord approves the replacement, so you will just have to apply to the apartments online or in person and the application fee is $40. I will be requiring the first month's rent and a security deposit of $100 refundable at the time of move-out. I am a UNM junior studying psychology and business and I work as a receptionist
