Room available in townhouse No Preference in Albuquerque, New Mexico For Sale

I'm looking for someone to move in on or around January 1st. My townhouse is off Chelwood Park (between Tramway and Juan Tabo) and Menaul. The house is fully furnished except for the bedroom. Shared full bath with a half bath downstairs. Small backyard, animal friendly (although I do not have any pets, I love ALL breeds and animals). The place is pretty big and has a cozy vibe to it. You have your own parking spot and the community is pretty private and primarily young people. There is a washer and dryer in unit. I'm a pretty quiet person and I do expect the same out of my roommate but I also understand that this will be your house too so I'm open to parties and guests, just be courteous and run it by me first and I'll do the same. Rent is $400 a month, plus utilities and a one time deposit of $250. I will be the only person on the lease so credit doesn't matter.
