Post Card/ Email Signature and Letterhead Designs (Rio Rancho) - Outsource.com (Rio Rancho, NM) in Albuquerque, New Mexico For Sale
We sell real estate. The goal is to generate listings, drive people to call off these flyers/letter and NOT throw them away. We want an exciting vibrant design in hopes that these postcards will get read and not just thrown away. These will be directly mailed to consumers mailboxes.
I am in need of the following...
1. A Letter Head Design with my Logo, Photo, Contact Information and what would look to be a "Wet Signature" In Blue ink at the bottom to send out letters to Expired Listings, For Sale by Owner listings. It will need our company logo, Company Website, youtube, facebook, twitter and Instagram URLs and (next to badges) and a picture of me that can be edited/swapped.
2. Three Post Card Designs
A) Post Card #1 to be sent to Just Sold Homes
B) Post Card #2 Just Listed Homes
C) Post Card #3 General Farming Post Cards (Offering Free Home Evaluation and Consultation)
3. I need a new email signature developed for my gmail account. I can send you an email of my current signature. It will need our company logo, Company website, youtube, facebook, twitter and Instagram URLs and (next to badges) and a picture of me that can be edited/swapped. Also a link to my Zillow profile reviews from past clients, something persuading them to click it.
These will be used for Real Estate Farming. I will need to be able to Edit the text, Edit the pictures, Logo will need to be as big as possible, size is roughly 8.5x5.5, I will provide multiple attachments to help with measurements and also what verbiage will be on each postcard so you can have an idea on the size it will be and what you have to work with. I will attached a "Expired Listing Letter" , this is an example for the letterhead I will need designed to go on this and similar letters. I will attach the logo as well as photos of me. Also, would like at least the youtube, facebook and twitter widgets on the postcards/letterhead/email.
