Job Description
* Assist DOS and General Sales Managers withadministration of local sales efforts and various projects as necessary
* Pull SalesReports
* Help with proposals and letters for AccountExecutives
* Make promotional packages/one sheets for sale opportunities, promotional events and movie sneaks
* Input trade orders
* InputNational Streaming orders and accompanying production orders
* Pull salescontracts and distribute to sales department
* Book hotelreservations for clients, bands, out of town guests
* Help withplanning/set up/invites/RSVP for parties
* Attend weekly sales meetings
* Distribute sales packages, rate cards, faxes etc.
* Do mailers periodically
* Assist with development of sales materials,presentations and research
* Periodically assist with Account Executive trafficand commercial time sales orders, production orders, promotional requestforms
* Periodic Traffic back up (write on logs, affidavits for networks)
* Back up Receptionist as necessary
* Back up National Sales Assistant as necessary- Inputnational orders/revisions, Confirm orders, production orders, call formissing copy
* Assist promotions and programming departments for station events
* Upkeep of Account List/Data Bases
* Various excel reports and other CC reports
* Completion of co-op scripts
* Including but not limited to other duties as assigned
Required Skills
Required Skills
* Knowledge in Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, somegraphics skills necessary
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to handle several projects under timeconstraints
* Ability to work well with others.
