I need a payment platform like upWork or Freelancer to be integrated to my site. The site is developed in PHP. The scenario neede will be as follow:
1/ customer pay for the service in full or partial
2/ funds will held until the service is completed
3/ once the customer is satisfied, the funds will be released to the contractor
4/ % will be taken from both parties
5/ if the service is canceled before the beginning of the transaction, the funds will be refunded in full to the customer, otherwise, it will be a processing fees
6/ in case of dispute, the money should be taken back and back on hold until the issue is solved.
