Exploration of the Sense of Self in Albuquerque, New Mexico For Sale

The aim of this research is to look at self-concept and identity. In particular, this research uses a novel task to look at the types of statements that people use to describe themselves, and we are particularly interested in looking at how this might change across the lifespan.
YOUR ROLE:
First of all you will be given a few minutes to write a description of a particular event/place. You will then be asked to make some simple, broad statements about yourself, and following this you will rate each statement on a number of dimensions, for instance how important each is to defining your identity.
This study uses a novel approach to examine self-concept and it is anticipated that your responses will contribute towards developing this into a tool to assess self concept in several clinical groups e.g. traumatic brain injury, epilepsy and depression.
