Description:
This is a contingent backfill for a current position supporting our client in ALBUQUERQUE NM. This position requires a current TS/SCI and a bachelors degree. The client also wants the candidate to have two to five years military experience or five years intelligence analyst experience supporting the military (contractor or civilian).
Duties and Responsibilities:
As this Intelligence Analyst, you will use your wide range of knowledge to provide intelligence analysis, support, and assistance to our government customer.
In this role, you will monitor and analyze all strategic and operational aspects of political, military, and economic developments for specified countries as required by the customer.
You will analyze and assess future and on:going political:military developments, military capabilities and doctrine, weapons acquisition, and employment of military forces within each country; and provide detailed documents and briefings for customer use. You could also expect to occasionally deliver briefings to various levels of Government and Military.
We expect that an ideal candidate would have knowledge of the Intelligence Cycle; a working level of experience in All Source Intelligence Analysis; and experience with imagery systems and analysis.
Some travel may be required.
Required Qualifications:
Current TS/SCI clearance, Bachelors degree, and two to five years military experience or five years intelligence analysts experience supporting the military (contractor or civilian).
Possess considerable knowledge of intelligence management tools such as JWICS, Analyst Notebook, and Remote View; as well as other DOD intelligence environment databases and software programs
Ability to travel, if required
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required. May spend a lot of time standing due to laboratory conditions
