Basic Qualifications: • BA/BS in Computer Science, Multimedia Design and Development, or related field • Two or more years of relevant experience, preferably programming in ActionScript3 or JavaScript • Experience/knowledge programming in OOP languages such as ActionScript3, JavaScript, Java, C#, Objective C, Swift, C++, or VB • HTML/CSS experience/knowledge • Experience/knowledge in database design including SQL, NoSQL and Graph Databases • Experience/knowledge with modern HTML5/JS frameworks such as Meteor.js, Angular.js, Sencha ExtJS/Sencha Touch, etc. • Experience/knowledge in mobile application development • Creative, out-of-the-box thinking and problem solving • Ability to communicate effectively Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in 2D and 3D interactive gaming • Vector and raster graphic design experience in Photoshop and Illustrator • Advanced knowledge of Flex/Flash Builder, Flex Framework, or Adobe AIR Runtime • Experience building courseware compliant with SCORM 1.2/xxxx specifications • Experience implementing software and web sites that are compliant with Section 508 Accessibility requirements • 3D modeling and animation skills • Experience with motion graphics and visual effects for film and video using Maya, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and Premiere • ASP.NET C# expertise • Experience in technology-based learning and course design with a special emphasis on interactive/simulation-based online course development Northrop Grumman is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
